How the ZLR Door Conversion Works
ZLR replaces the factory hinge assemblies while retaining the original Corvette doors. As the door opens, the hinge guides it outward and upward diagonally in one continuous motion.
A traditional Vertical Door Conversion opens outward first, reaches its stopping point and then raises vertically. ZLR combines the outward and upward travel. Choose the system with the opening movement you prefer and confirm the correct application before ordering.
