The Corvette C8 already has the low roofline, wide stance, and mid-engine proportions of an exotic car. Changing the way the doors open adds another visual element without replacing the original Chevrolet door shells.

The traditional Vertical Door system gives you the classic outward-first, then vertical movement. ZLR uses a single outward-and-upward diagonal motion.

At a car show, meet, photo shoot, weekend drive, or everyday stop, either system can completely change the Corvette's parked presentation.

Vertical Door or ZLR?

Vertical Door Conversion Kit

The traditional Vertical Doors, Inc. system opens the Corvette door outward first. Once the door reaches the hinge system's stopping point, it can be raised vertically.

You can use the initial outward movement for entry and exit without raising the door every time.

Choose this system if you want the classic vertical or scissor-door movement.

ZLR Door Conversion Kit

The ZLR system uses a different hinge design. The Corvette door moves outward and upward diagonally in one continuous motion.

The ZLR door does not open rearward.

Choose ZLR if you prefer a single diagonal outward-and-upward door movement.
