Shipping policy
Shipping Policy:
All shipments are sent with “Signature Required”. Someone must be home to sign when UPS delivers the package. If no one is available, UPS will not leave the package.
You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. You can also track your order through the Shop app.
Please make sure someone is available to sign for the delivery. If someone can’t be home to sign for the delivery, you must:
1) Use the UPS app to allow delivery without a signature
2) Call UPS and request the package to be held at a UPS location for pickup
Please note, we cannot remove the signature requirement after the package has been sent.
If you need it sent without the “signature required” option, you must let us know beforehand and you must send an email stating “I authorize Vertical Doors Inc. to send my package without signature required and I assume all liability for sending it this way”
If UPS tries to deliver the package 3 times, and no one is available to sign, they will return it to us. We can re-ship the package to you, but you will need to pay for the new shipping cost.
International Customers :
International Customers are responsible for all taxes and/or duties
International orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or in the case of an error on our part.
