A Closer Look at the Finished Conversion
The front three-quarter views show how the raised doors sit above the C8's low body. The silver paint makes the door surfaces easy to see against the darker windshield frame and side openings.
The conversion replaces the hinge system while keeping the original door shells. Each door opens outward first, then lifts vertically.

Installation and Door Alignment
The kit uses factory hinge bolt locations, but installation still requires preparation and adjustment. Follow the supplied instructions for safe door support, fender removal, nonvisible clearance trimming and wiring clearance.
Check latch engagement, panel gaps and clearance throughout the full outward-and-upward movement. Choose an experienced installer if these tasks are beyond your tools or experience.
