Marc's Multi-Upgrade Corvette C8 Build
The exhaust system changed the Corvette's sound, the lowering kit adjusted its stance, and the carbon-fiber spoiler added a sharper rear profile. Combined with the vertical doors, the work created a complete customer build rather than a single isolated modification.
How the Corvette C8 Vertical Door Kit Works
The traditional VDI system opens outward first. After reaching its designed outward stopping point, the door raises vertically. The included gas shock assists with the door's weight during the upward movement. The outward opening also provides room for entry and exit without raising the door.

The kit installed on Marc's Corvette is part number VDCCHEVYCORC820, the standard application for the 2020-2027 Chevrolet Corvette C8 Stingray.
