Mike's black Chevrolet Corvette C8 Z06 received a Vertical Doors, Inc. Vertical Door Conversion Kit in March 2025 at our Lake Elsinore, California facility. The installation uses part number VDCCHEVYCORC823Z06 and keeps the original Corvette doors.
Mike, known as @thundercat58, is featured with club credit to Corvette Of Choice, @corvetteofchoice. His Chevy Corvette combines a black exterior and black wheels with a red interior that becomes especially visible when the doors are raised.

Black Exterior, Red Interior and Vertical Doors
The photos show how the raised doors expose the red cabin against the black body. The rear wing and black wheels remain part of the car's appearance with the doors in either position.
This installation changes the door hinge movement. Each door opens outward first and then raises vertically, following the operating sequence supplied with the kit.
