For a standard Stingray, use VDCCHEVYCORC820. A Stingray with a widebody kit, air-bag suspension or wheels measuring 21 inches or larger uses VDCCHEVYCORC823Z06 instead.
Door Operation and Installation
The VDI conversion retains the original doors. Each door opens outward first, then raises vertically with gas-shock assistance. Allow clearance around and above the door throughout its movement.
C8 installation requires safe door support, fender removal, nonvisible clearance trimming, wiring clearance checks and final alignment. Follow the supplied vehicle-specific instructions and verify latch engagement, panel gaps and clearance before returning the car to service. Use an experienced installer if this work is beyond your tools or experience.
