Accelerate Yellow bodywork and a tan interior give this Chevrolet Corvette C8 a combination worth seeing with the doors raised. Black wheels, yellow brake calipers, dark hood graphics and a rear wing add more details around the bright exterior.
This featured Corvette uses the Vertical Doors, Inc. VDCCHEVYCORC820 conversion. The original doors stay with the car, while the vehicle-specific hinges allow outward movement followed by vertical lift.

The kit replaces the factory hinges with vehicle-specific assemblies while retaining the original Corvette doors. The door opens outward first for clearance, then lifts vertically with gas-shock assistance.
Installation includes door support, fender removal, required non-visible trimming and wiring-clearance checks. Proper hinge adjustment is needed to verify latch engagement, panel gaps and clearance through the complete opening and closing motion.
