Requirements to Be Added to the VerticalDoors.com Installer Section

Vertical Doors, Inc. maintains high standards to protect our customers, our brand, and the integrity of our Vertical Door Conversion Kits. All shops requesting to be listed in the VerticalDoors.com Installer Section must meet and maintain the following requirements.

Proven Installation Experience

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 successfully completed Vertical Doors, Inc. installations.
  • Demonstrated experience working with vehicle-specific hinge systems.

Brand Representation Standards

Installers listed on VerticalDoors.com must:

  • Represent Vertical Doors, Inc. in a professional manner.
  • Not misrepresent themselves as the manufacturer.
  • Not install knock-off or competing imitation vertical door kits.
  • Use official product naming:
    “Vertical Doors, Inc. Vertical Door Conversion Kit”

Required Media & Proof of Authentic Product

Applicants must provide:

  • High-resolution before and after installation photos.
  • At least one full installation video, or a detailed photo sequence of the installation process.
  • Proof that the kit installed was an authentic Vertical Doors, Inc. product.

Optional but recommended:

  • Customer testimonials.
  • Google Reviews link.

Installer Agreement & Technical Authorization

  • Sign an Installer Agreement acknowledging adherence to Vertical Doors, Inc. technical standards.
  • Confirm that no modifications will be made to hinge geometry or shock specifications without written approval.

Technical Standards Compliance

  • Follow official Vertical Doors, Inc. installation procedures.
  • Verify proper door alignment and maintain factory body gaps.
  • Perform full open and close operational testing prior to customer pickup.
  • Provide post-install operation instructions to the customer.

Facility Requirements

  • Proper safety equipment and professional vehicle support systems.
  • Professional-grade tools.
  • Clean and organized work environment.

Vertical Doors, Inc. may request:

  • Photos of the shop.
  • Team photos.
  • Installation bay photos.

Ongoing Activity Requirement

  • Complete a minimum of one installation per year.
  • Maintain positive customer feedback.
  • Notify Vertical Doors, Inc. of any ownership or business changes.
  • Maintain accurate and active contact information.

Enforcement Policy

Any shop found to:

  • Misrepresent itself as the manufacturer of Vertical Doors products.
  • Install knock-off or competing imitation vertical door kits.

will be immediately removed from the VerticalDoors.com installer section. Vertical Doors, Inc. reserves the right to remove any installer at its discretion to protect customers and brand integrity.
