If you order your kit online today from verticaldoors.com your kit will ship within 3-4 business days or Vertical Doors Inc. will cover the shipping cost.
If for any reason your kit does not ship within 3-4 business days from the order date, the shipping cost will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Great experience!
Initially I called Vertical Doors to find out where in the Bay Area they recommended to have there kits professionally installed.
After speaking with Danny I found out they had a promotion that included free installation with purchase of there kit directly.
This instantly enticed me to place a 50% deposit, schedule a date for installation and commit to driving over 800 miles.
Needless to day that everything went super smoothly and the results are great thus far.

I would highly recommended vertical doors. There response time, customer service, ease of installation, literally anything you can think in a great company vertical doors exceeds! I absolutely love my set up I got through them and you will too! They offer in house installation as well as diy instructions in case you can’t have it done in house! And the steps are easy to follow and when we had a unsure step we called and they responded immediately and sent pics to help!
